1.When will my order arrive?

We do our utmost best to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Within 1-2 business days after your order conformation we hand over the package to

Standard: €1,95 (> €50,00 free of charge)
Track & Trace: €3,95 (> €50,00 free of charge)

Euro Zone: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Monaco and Sweden.

Track and trace: €8,95 (> €150,00 free of charge)

Track & trace: €23,00 (> €250,00 free of charge)

2b.What are the Shipping charges for clothing?


Orders above €50.00 will be shipped free of charge.


3.Can I return my order?

You can return it within 14 days after purchase. Send an email with your data, order number and reason for returning your order to:[email protected]

All costs for return shipments are for the customer. We advise to make use of registered mail for this. After receiving back the products in original state and with the seal still on it we will refund the money within 14 days.

5 Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can exchange your ordered product for a different size, color or other item. Send an e-mail with your details to [email protected]. Please indicate the order number in question and the item you desire. When LAVI has received your parcel, we will dispatch your new order free of charge within The Netherlands. This is only valid for Jewellery.


6. Can I return or exchange my order in the shop of LAVI?

You can purchase from our shop in the store to return or exchange. Let us know in advance with which product you would like to exchange, because our online collection is not available in the shop.


7 Do you refund the shipping costs if I return an order?

We don’t refund the shipping costs if you return or exchange an order. Except if it’s a fault made by LAVI.


8 How can I cancel an order?

If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it free of charge. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service via [email protected] or by calling 06-52440412


9 Am I directly attached to my purchase?

No, when you make a purchase on our website, you can withdraw  it within 14 days.  Please read the topic  3.Can I return my order?


10 Which payment methods does accept?

You can pay at via iDEAL.


11 Can it happen that an item I ordered is not in stock?

It can happen that an item is not taken into account and on our site still in stock. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible to find an appropriate solution. We can refund the amount (and any shipping costs) or you can choose a different product.

12 How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our web shop.  Select a product you would like to order. Then click on “Add to cart”. Afterwards you can click on "Shopping cart" on the top right side of the page, this is your order. Now you get into the ordering process and it will walk you through all the steps to complete the order. 15 I have a complaint, how should I submit my complaint?

If you have a complaint about or a product that you have purchased through our website we ask you to contact us via email. Your complaint will be taken seriously by us. We will reply you within 2 working days. We will personally handle any complaint and keep you informed through a chosen medium, this can be by phone, sms or email.
